The Archive Work Order knows only one Process, called Look Archive. This Process allows the external user of the Interface to look in the Work Order Archive. All the information (related objects) from any closed Work Order is filed in a separate Folder in the “File” Queue.
The following Interfaces are available for the Look Archive Process:
- ‘Look Archive’ (Archive600)
The following Actions are available for Interface events:
- getArchive - Get all the Work Order Folders from the “File” Queue and make them available to the Process' Interface.
- showArchive - Make a Work Order Folder's properties (for a Work Order Folder that is activated in an Object Window) available to the Process' Interface.
