In “Back in History” is stated that an approach, in which the
organization-dependent groupings of business elements are strictly
separated from those groupings that are organization-
independent, offers an effective starting-point
for the design of a systems architecture.
The subsequent paragraphs state, that the elaboration of
each of the
distinguished aspect groupings following the Interactive Model
Architecture approach, leads directly to the most flexible functional
structure. Further on, this structure can be translated to any technical
architecture, based on technical, economical and 'political' considerations.
As can be seen the presented approach pre-eminently fits to an evolutionary
systems development strategy.
